  • Gift purchases with original receipt or order number

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate apparel and undergarments
  • Items damaged by normal wear and tear
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and instructions
  3. Package Items: Securely package items in original condition
  4. Ship Items: Use the prepaid return label (if provided) or ship at your expense
  5. Processing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items
